Bonjour les gens ! J’espère que vous allez bien !
… Comme vous l’aurez sûrement deviné vu la date de publication de ce bilan *de Mars*, j’ai eu énormément de mal à boucler cet article. Mes souvenirs du mois dernier sont donc déjà assez diffus, d’autant que les dernières semaines ont été extrêmement compliquées.
Bref, j’ai un an de plus, j’ai continué à écrire le spin-off du Mercenaire entamé en Février, lu des trucs, fait du point de croix, des photos…
Les lectures du mois
Avec 11 critiques, le mois a été plutôt productif, même si seules 7 d’entre elles concernent de la lecture : le reste, c’est des livres de point de croix !
Côté lecture donc, c’est, contre toute attente, Mes sincères condoléances qui se place sans aucun doute comme meilleur livre lu ce mois-ci, et vrai coup de cœur.

Trouvaille de boîte à livres. De l’oriental fantasy ? J’embarque, même si le livre était incroyablement sale et pas en super état.

Ma critique sur Babelio (7/10)
Anissa a un rêve, devenir journaliste, la meilleure ! Studieuse, elle passe tout son temps dans les livres mais un soir, poussée par ses amis, elle sort faire la fête. survient une rencontre… L’homme d’une nuit. Mais comment pouvait-elle imaginer qu’il dirige La Une, le journal où elle a toujours voulu faire carrière ? L’amant s’envole et avec lui, pense-t-elle, ses ambitions professionnelles. Mais le destin a d’autres projets…
Également dégotté en boîte à livres. Contre toute attente, la romance passe totalement derrière le journalisme et… c’est très bien tel quel, en fait !

Ma critique sur Babelio (9/10) – Coup de ♥ !
L’enterrement est un moment fort, solennel, unique. Mais le dernier hommage à un proche peut parfois devenir culte ! Les cérémonies sont souvent le théâtre d’événements étonnants, drôles, extravagants, tragiques, toujours originaux. Entre rires et larmes, l’auteur nous ouvre les portes de sa longue expérience de croque-mort et nous fait partager les petits et grands dérapages croisés dans sa carrière. Un ouvrage garanti « 100 % vécu » : bourdes familiales, lapsus macabres, incidents techniques et gaffes en tout genre. Tout est vrai, c’est la vie !
SI vous me connaissez un peu, vous savez que le sujet est, genre, GIGA touchy pour moi. Donc vous vous demandez sûrement ce que ce truc fout là. Donc je savais à quoi m’attendre, et que ça se passerait probablement bien.
Verdict : ça s’est même encore mieux passé que prévu. Ce bouquin est DOUX, bienveillant, pas drôle à proprement parler, mais sans tabou ni vulgaire. C’est vraiment très bien écrit.

Ça avait tellement l’air d’une romance paranormale… sauf que pour être une romance, il aurait fallu que les persos restent ensemble à la fin, or, ce n’est pas le cas. Bref petite déception en apprenant ça après l’achat, je voulais mon good ending moi…

Officiellement, c’est mon 2e Pléiade, mais en vrai, j’avais bravé le froid de Janvier pour aller le récupérer… de l’autre côté de la ville, là où je l’avais vu en Juillet, sans percuter que j’avais sous les yeux non seulement mon graal, mais surtout un truc sold out partout. Quand le responsable de rayon d’un Leclerc plus proche m’a dit qu’il en restait un exemplaire dans l’agglo, j’ai foncé.

Ma mère ne brode plus beaucoup, et préfère les gros tableaux aux petits motifs. Moi, c’est l’inverse. Aussi m’a-t-elle filé celui-là « pour alléger sa bibliothèque » ! xD

Étienne, le narrateur de ce guide hors du commun, pantalon à grosses côtes et sac au dos, n’hésite pas à se sacrifier pour suivre le pèlerinage qui, de Vézelay à Compostelle, perpétue selon lui l’archaïsme de la pensée et la soumission au destin.
Appuyé à son bâton de pèlerin, Etienne a plus d’un tour dans sa besace pour approcher au plus près les corps croyants de cette vaste communauté en marche… Le constat est hilarant : la chair est faible, on s’en doutait, mais elle est tout sauf triste…

Quand tu vois le titre du truc dans la boîte à livre, évidemment tu te marres, tu regardes le résumé, tu te re-marres, et tu te dis « allez, à lire au trouzmillième degré pour rigoler un coup ». Et tu l’embarques.
Au Moyen Âge, un pèlerinage à Compostelle était une véritable expédition qui pouvait durer plusieurs mois, voire une année. Les loups et les brigands guettaient, les chemins et les routes étaient impraticables à la première pluie, la neige tombait en octobre. Tout au long du trajet, les grandes abbayes ont donc mis en place un réseau serré d’églises, d’hospices et de chapelles qui assistaient ceux que l’on appelait jacquets, jacquaires, jacotes ou jacobipètes. Il perdure, ce qui m’évitera de descendre dans des Formule 1.
Est-ce que c’était drôle ? Des fois, ça tacle fort, et à raison. D’autres fois, c’est bête et gratuit. Si l’on n’y vient pas pour du politiquement correct, impossible de tout cautionner. A lire avec des pincettes, et clairement pas pour tout le monde…

Côté dolls…
… comme le mois dernier, je n’ai pas encore terminé les logos des nouvelles, l’article sera mis à jour plus tard.
En début de mois, au cours d’une virée au Leclerc local, je n’en ai pas cru mes yeux : ELLE était là. Quelques semaines après sa collègue au nonosse, la boîte au sticker à oreilles de chat. La Na Na Na ! Surprise Sasha Scratch, mon graal. Mise de côté pour mon anniv, un ami a décidé de me la payer. On s’est brouillés depuis, mais si tu passes par là… merci.
Toujours au rayon des cadeaux d’anniv, un énorme coup de cœur offert par ma mère :
Enfin, précommandée depuis des plombes grâce au shopping service de mon proxy JP (la belle étant une exclu impossible à avoir autrement), Momo est arrivée, accompagnée d’une douane qui fait mal. Peu importe, elle est adorable.
